Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators
Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore included in this recent image release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling various sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.
More materials released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
